Our experience will allow you to enroll and participate in an active customer panel that revolves throughout the year to produce a variety of insights. Our Customer Quality Assurance focuses on gathering ongoing feedback directly from your customers’ routine interactions. This program evaluates your customers’ everyday experiences, including identifying the employees who conducted the transactions, capturing data on more employee performance behaviors and tracking to make sure solutions are making an impact and effective.

This expertise will allow you to follow your contracts after award and help increase your pipeline by showing another level of customer satisfaction. One area most contractors fail in, is follow through once a contract is awarded. Your program managers assigned on the project may not be able to get the full spectrum of major issues which could be arising. This expert will be able to manage insight you typically would not be able to evaluate and track.
